Coin of the Den.

The Den accepts no card, no transfer and no cryptocurrency, mostly because none of those existed when the till was built. Everything here is paid for in purrei, and the desk will make change in denarii.

Purrei, denarii and oboli floofi

The purreus is the Den's gold coin, plural purrei, struck with Lupa in profile on the obverse and a pawprint on the reverse, around which runs the house motto: Si vis pats, para bellyrub. If you want pats, prepare a bellyrub.

The denarius is the Den's silver coin, so called because it is the Den's. Twelve of them make a purreus. The obolus floofus is a small copper coin used for tips, the lift and the water feature in the lobby, which is full of them.

There is no coin.

Purrei, denarii and oboli floofi do not exist. Nothing on this site can be bought, sold, traded or redeemed, and nobody will ever ask you to pay for anything here. If someone offers to sell you a purreus, they are not from the Den, because there is no Den.
